Refund policy

Returns & Cancellations Policy

We hope you love your SAGIO pieces. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you covered.

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery, during which you may request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it
  • Have all original SAGIO tags attached
  • Be in its original packaging

You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

SAGIO covers return shipping costs only if:

  • The item is incorrect
  • The item is damaged
  • The item is faulty upon arrival

In such cases, a prepaid return label will be provided.

For all other returns, return shipping responsibility will be confirmed during the return request process.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or made-to-order items (unless faulty)
  • Personal care products (including beauty items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

Additional conditions:

  • Footwear and accessories must include original boxes and dust bags
  • Lingerie and swimwear must have hygiene seals intact
  • Jewellery must be returned with original packaging and documentation
  • Face masks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.


Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is:

  1. Return the original item
  2. Once approved, place a new order for the replacement item

European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

Items must meet all return eligibility conditions listed above.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within up to 10 business days.

Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at info@thesagio.com.


Return Conditions

All returned items must:

  • Be unworn, undamaged, and unused
  • Include all original packaging and tags
  • Include any security or branded tags in original position
  • Be securely packaged for return shipment

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.


Return Abuse & Fair Usage

To ensure fairness for all customers, we monitor return activity and reserve the right to:

  • Restrict future purchases
  • Refuse service
  • Close accounts in cases of policy abuse
