Shipping & Delivery Information 

At SAGIO, we are committed to delivering your exquisite pieces with the utmost care and efficiency. We partner with DHL, a trusted leader in global logistics, to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly. 

Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times 

SAGIO proudly delivers to discerning clients across Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United States of America. Please note that all deliveries are made on working days, and the estimated times below are for informational purposes. 

Region Estimated Delivery Time 

  • Europe: 2 to 5 working days 
  • United Kingdom: 5 to 6 working days
  • United States of America: 6 to 10 working days

Kindly be aware that during peak seasons or unforeseen logistical challenges, delivery times may be subject to extension. External factors beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions or customs inspections, may also occasionally lead to delays. 

Shipping Costs 

We are pleased to offer complimentary standard delivery within Europe. For our esteemed clients in the United Kingdom and the United States of America, a standard flat rate of 30 EUR applies. 

Order Tracking 

Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an email notification from SAGIO, followed by detailed processing updates from DHL. A tracking link will be provided in your confirmation email, allowing you to monitor your shipment's journey in real-time. DHL will also keep you informed via email regarding shipping conditions and progress. 

To track your order: 

  1. Locate the "Your order is on its way" email from SAGIO. 
  2. Click the 'Track Package' button to access real-time carrier updates. 

If your tracking hasn’t updated for 48hours, please email us. We are here to help.

Boutique Pick-Up 

For your convenience, we now offer the option to pick up your online order directly from the SAGIO Boutique.

To arrange a boutique pick-up, please select this option during checkout. Our team will notify you when your order is ready for collection. 

Changes to Shipping Address After Order Placement 

Once your order has been confirmed, any modifications, including changes to the delivery address or cancellations, are only possible via a written request. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at info@thesagio.com. While we will endeavor to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered the processing stage.
