How do I return an item purchased on thesagio.com?

How long does it take to receive my refund?

How will my order be packed?
All SAGIO items are carefully packed in a single parcel to ensure safe delivery.
Delicate products such as shoes, bags, or jewelry are placed in protective packaging, such as dust bags or branded boxes, to maintain their quality.
Please note that during periods of high order volume, packaging may be simplified in order to meet our delivery commitments without delay.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
At this time, gift wrapping is not available for online orders placed on the website
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, you will receive a printed invoice within your package.
How long will items stay in my shopping cart?
Items placed in your shopping cart will remain visible as long as they are available on our website.
