Order
SAGIO delivers within Europe, the United Kingdom and the United States of America.
The orders are delivered with DHL. DHL only delivers on working days, according to the average delivery times given below, which are for informational purposes only:
Europe: 2 to 3 working days
United Kingdom: 3 to 4 working days
Unites States of America: 4 to 6 days
Delivery times may be extended at peak times or in the event of a delivery bottleneck.
Please note that circumstances over which we have no influence, e.g. extreme weather conditions or customs controls, can lead to delivery delays.
Within Europe, SAGIO offers free delivery, while in the United States of America there is a standard flat rate of 30 EUR.
You will be notified by e-mail about the shipment of your order and its processing by DHL. Once your order has been shipped, you can track the shipment by clicking the tracking link in the confirmation email. DHL will also inform you by e-mail about the shipping conditions and the shipping progress.
For orders on thesagio.com, delivery and pick-up in a store is unfortunately not yet possible.
Once your order has been confirmed, changes — including to the delivery address — or cancellations are only possible by written request. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at info@thesagio.com to request a change. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes after the order has been processed.
At SAGIO, we take the utmost care in preparing your orders and work only with trusted logistics partners. However, if your package arrives damaged, we kindly ask you to verify the contents and ensure all items are present and in good condition.
If any item is missing or has arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing info@thesagio.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- A detailed description of the issue
- The reference number(s) of the missing or damaged item(s)
- Clear photos of the packaging and affected item(s)
Please retain all packaging and the items in their original condition while we investigate your case.Important: Do not remove the SAGIO label from any item, as this may affect our ability to process your claim.
Once your order has been shipped, it may be subject to customs procedures which can cause delays beyond our control.
Please note that SAGIO is not responsible for customs clearance processes, decisions made by local authorities, or any delays resulting from such inspections.
If your package is held at customs, we recommend contacting your local customs office directly for further information or assistance regarding the status of your shipment.
An item is missing from my order — what should I do?
If you notice that an item is missing from your package, please contact us as soon as possible at info@thesagio.com.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, be sure to include:
- Your order number
- The reference number or name of the missing item
Our team will investigate and assist you promptly.
We’re committed to delivering pieces that reflect SAGIO’s high standards of quality. If you receive an item with a defect (such as holes, stains, or loose threads), please contact us as soon as possible at info@thesagio.com.
To assist you promptly, please include:
- Your order number
- A detailed description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and the defect
- The reference number or name of the affected item
Important: Please do not remove the SAGIO label from the item. Returns for faulty items may not be accepted without the original label attached.
We sincerely apologize if you’ve received an item that doesn’t match your original order. Despite the care taken by our fulfillment team, errors can occasionally occur.

- A photo of the item you received
- The reference number of the item received
- The reference or name of the item you were expecting (if applicable)
