To which countries are the products shipped and what are the deadlines and delivery options?
SAGIO delivers within Europe, the United Kingdom and the United States of America.
The orders are delivered with DHL. DHL only delivers on working days, according to the average delivery times given below, which are for informational purposes only:
Europe: 2 to 3 working days
United Kingdom: 3 to 4 working days
Unites States of America: 4 to 6 days
Delivery times may be extended at peak times or in the event of a delivery bottleneck.
Please note that circumstances over which we have no influence, e.g. extreme weather conditions or customs controls, can lead to delivery delays.
How much is the delivery?
Within Europe, SAGIO offers free delivery, while in the United Kingdom and the United States of America there is a standard flat rate of 30 EUR.
How can I track the status of my order?
You will be notified by e-mail about the shipment of your order and its processing by DHL. Once your order has been shipped, you can track the shipment by clicking the tracking link in the confirmation email. DHL will also inform you by e-mail about the shipping conditions and the shipping progress.

Can I pick up my order at the store?
For orders on thesagio.com, delivery and pick-up in a store is unfortunately not yet possible.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Once your order has been confirmed, changes, including to the delivery address, or cancellations are only possible by written request. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at info@thesagio.com to request a change. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes after the order has been processed.
