SAGIO ships within Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United States of America.
Shipping method
All orders are shipped via DHL. Deliveries are made on working days only.
Estimated delivery times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs procedures or extreme weather conditions.

Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a DHL tracking link. DHL may also notify you directly about delivery updates.

Store pickup
In-store pickup is currently not available.
Shipping address changes
Changes or cancellations after order confirmation are only possible by written request. Please contact info@thesagio.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
Returns & Refunds
Return period
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
For orders shipped within the European Union, you are additionally entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, in accordance with EU regulations.
Return conditions
Returned items must:

Be unworn, unused, and undamaged

Have all original SAGIO tags attached

Be returned in original packaging
Additional conditions apply to specific items:

Footwear & accessories: must include original boxes, dust bags, and protective packaging

Lingerie & swimwear: hygiene seal must be intact

Jewellery: all original packaging and documentation must be included

Made-to-order / custom items: non-returnable unless faulty

Sale items & gift cards: non-returnable
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@thesagio.com so we can resolve the issue.
Return shipping
SAGIO covers return shipping costs only if the item is incorrect, damaged, or faulty on arrival. In such cases, a prepaid return label will be provided.
How to start a return
To initiate a return, contact info@thesagio.com items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10–14 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, please contact us.
Fair use
SAGIO monitors return activity and reserves the right to restrict future purchases or accounts in cases of excessive or abusive returns.
