Scope, Subjects, and Duration of the Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of this Document: The Terms and Conditions apply to the rules of shopping via the Seller’s website and to the rights and obligations of the Parties. The current version of the Terms and Conditions is always available for printing via the Website of the Seller.
2. Subjects: The Terms and Conditions apply to the Seller and the Buyer.
3. Validity of the Terms and Conditions: The Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of shopping apply to shopping via the website.

The Contract
1. General: The Terms and Conditions apply to all electronic commercial services that take place via the Website between the Parties. Buyers have the right to cancel the order within 14 days of delivery, as regulated by Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.) on contracts between consumers and businesses. The product(s) must be returned unused and in their original condition. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product(s).

2. Warranty: The Seller provides warranty in accordance with the applicable regulations, including the Civil Code and Government Decree 151/2003 (IX.22.). Buyers may request repair, replacement, or price reduction in case of defective performance.

3. Complaints: Buyers may file complaints in writing or via phone using the Seller’s contact details. In case of legal disputes, the competent Hungarian court shall be contacted.
